MIMOC’19 | Design and Communication for event
Web design, corporate material and communication of the II Muestra Internacional del Mundo del Ocio.
The final touch of MIMOC’19 took place between February 15 and 17 in Expocoruña and was the result of more than 6 months of work. Our prize was the more than 7,000 attendees spread over the 3 days who attended the II Muestra Internacional del Mundo del Ocio.
At the design level, we carry out a small restyling of their image, we develop the corporate stationery, the information brochures for exhibitors and institutions, the event poster, the flyers, the advertising canvases, the tickets and the brochure for the assistant public MIMOC’19.
As for their website, we also carry out the development and conceptualization, as well as programming it in two languages. The characteristic of this website was that as time progressed and the date of the event got closer, the page grew. At the beginning, the website was entirely oriented to its exhibitors and ended up being an information platform for the event attends, where all the companies that would attend could be consulted as well as the program of activities that would take place within the three days.
Finally, we also carry out communication work in Xaniño. We took the event’s social networks, we make press releases for blogs and newspapers in the city, we contact influential people in the world of tourism and leisure to help us value the event and we carry out advertising campaigns both online (Facebook ads and Google Adwords) and offline (advertising spots, skirts, outdoor advertising).
In short, the company that developed the event hired us with constant support for all the needs that were presented in their day to day. We are very happy and proud of the work we did and the results from our point of view could not be better.
